Farming
Our farms stretch across 12,000 hectares of Norfolk and Yorkshire countryside, producing a diverse range of arable crops on a rotational basis, while contributing to the conservation of protected landscapes and wildlife. Our farms are managed by Albanwise Farming Ltd which conducts the cultivation, harvesting, drying, storing and marketing of the crops as well as delivering opportunities within the environmental stewardship and public goods sector.
Our Norfolk estates
In Norfolk we cultivate wheat, barley, oilseed rape, sugar beet, dried beans and vining peas.
Our Yorkshire estates
Our farm in Yorkshire specialise in seed potatoes, harvesting around 12,000 tons every year to account for 2% of the UK’s total production. In Yorkshire, we also cultivate wheat, barley, oilseed rape, sugar beet and vining peas.

Leasehold investment
We own and manage more than 100,000 residential leasehold titles across the UK. In this capacity, we act as a long-term steward to these properties, providing vital professional management for leaseholders in exchange for annual ground rents.
Our investment arm is headed up by Wallace Partnership Group Ltd and we also own a management arm and an insurance brokerage which ensure compliance with all of our obligations as freeholders in respect of building stewardship, safety, management and insurance.

Property development and management
We own a diverse rental portfolio including residential commercial and hospitality buildings. In addition we own extensive land development sites in various stages of permission for refurbishment and development. The portfolio and related development activities are managed by Abricot Ltd and the portfolio is centred on our principal geographies to capitalise on local market knowledge and economies of scale.
